The Ayurvedic method treats the whole person– mentally, physically, socially, emotionally & spiritually. At the same time, in modern (western) medicine, after wide-ranging diagnostics, the disease or cluster of symptoms is often isolated, and the sickness becomes the sole concern of the traditional physician. Since Ayurveda Methods is a natural therapy, it has little effects or almost no complications.
There are two basic principles of Ayurveda: “It means like prevention of health problems in healthy people and treatment of diseases in affected people” At Ayurveda Spot, we are committed to achieving these goals. Our aim is to provide the best Ayurvedic care to our patients by thoroughly analysing every aspect of their health and creating a comprehensive treatment plan that not only reduces the disease
The ancient Indian practice of Ayurveda, the ‘science of life’, goes back 5,000 years and involves how foods, herbs, emotions, climate and lifestyle impact the dynamics of our own physiology and psychology.

Ayurveda does not treat a disease for its symptom. But it treats the cause, taking into consideration of patient’s lifestyle, family history, health etc…
Hiii I was suffering from a serious throat infection/soreness since 1 1/2 month. Even I was not able to speak properly. I did the medication (Antibiotics) and endreoscopy(found swelling on my throat) But I didn't get any relief. Fortunately I met Dr. Kalpana and she are really awesome person and checked up my problem and found the root cause. She treated me for around 20 days and gave ayurvedic medicine/ churn and suggested for some dietary requirements. Finally I got rid of my throat infection. All thanks to Dr. Kalpna for her intense knowledge about Ayurveda. Now I'm a big believer of Ayurveda.
Ayurveda is gaining recognition worldwide, and many countries have established regulatory standards for practicing Ayurvedic medicine. It is often integrated with conventional healthcare systems to provide holistic care. its because every individual is different & have specific body type & treating a disease accordingly by is most important.
Ayurveda is well known for its holistic approach to chronic disease like Liver disease, digestive disease, lump disease , migrave, PCOD etc. it focuses the root cause of the illness rather than just the alleviating symptoms.
Ayurveda Emphasizes daily routines such as eating meals at regular times, How much Quantity particular person should take while Eating, it includes Ritucharya. Where it tells about in different. Season one should follow regiomen accordley to particular season.
A general rule from for the assessment of causes of a disease, signs & symptoms ifs progression & regression & administration at treatment would not hold good for all subjects cruciformly.
Even the general causes & indicators of health as well as lab reports would not be similar in two subject nor do they have compliance with one’s true health also. As constitution habituation, immune strength, mental strength, digestive capactly age etc are Entirely different from one another eg. A person habituated to wheat will be different from a person habituated to rice or non. vegefarian diet family member’s staying together get an infection at a time & the symptoms for the sauce infection are differmit in Each & Every family members, some get cure easil while others do not.
